Everything your AI brain needs

Four MCP tools, five capture channels, zero infrastructure to manage.

Semantic Search

Semantic Search

Find thoughts by meaning, not keywords. "What did I decide about the database?" works even if you never used the word "database." Powered by pgvector with 1536-dimensional embeddings.

Auto-Metadata

Auto-Metadata

Every thought is automatically tagged with topics, people, action items, dates, and type.

Capture Channels

5 Capture Channels

MCP, Slack, browser bookmarklet, iOS Shortcut, or any webhook.

Cross-Tool Memory

Cross-Tool Memory

Thoughts captured in ChatGPT are searchable from Claude Code. Captured from your phone via iOS Shortcut? Searchable in Cursor. Your memory is completely tool-agnostic.

Live in 10 minutes

No Docker, no local servers, no infrastructure to manage.

Questions

Do I need to know Supabase?

No. Create a project, copy two keys, run the script. Every step is documented.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything runs in your own Supabase instance. The only external calls are to OpenRouter for embeddings (zero data retention policy).

What if Supabase pauses my project?

Free tier pauses after 1 week inactive. Regular captures keep it alive. Or upgrade to Pro ($25/month) for guaranteed uptime.

Can I customize it?

It's ~400 lines of TypeScript with MIT license. Add tools, change models, extend the schema — it's your code.

How is this related to Open Brain?

Brain Kit is built on the Open Brain architecture popularized by Nate Jones. It's the polished, deploy-ready version — genericized, documented, with capture channel recipes and client guides included. If you watched the video and want the "just works" version, this is it.

Stop losing your
best thinking.

Deploy once. Remember everything.
